Top with matching hair tie

I liked this top from dillards.com. I love tops or outfits with matching hairties. Once when I went to India I found lots of salwars (long tunic with loose bottom) with matching hairties. I bought those salwars. In an interview of Ananya pandey she said she has a bag carried by Alia Bhatt in the movie student of the year 1 because the director of the movie gave the bag to Suhana Khan and Suhana Khan gave it to Ananya Pandey. Ananya Pandey said "somehow the universe is making things happen." That is what I felt when I saw the outfit with matching hair tie. In fashion finds the universe was making things happen.

Today there is a heat advisory in our area and capris would be so appropriate. I would wear this with this top.
