Painting of a plant

I painted this picture today. The inspiration for this picture is the picture you see below. Earlier I used to follow a blogger who would frame botanicals and hang them as art in her home. Before that also I liked framed botanicals as art. This picture reminded me of a botanical. Botanicals are the scientific study of plants. I drew the picture with charcoal and colored it with two shades of green.
