Phenomenology
Hi all, yesterday I said the word of the day in Toastmasters club. The word I brought to the club was Phenomenology.
Phenomenology is a philosophical study of how people experience the world and how they make sense of their experiences. It is also a research method that analyses people's subjective experiences. Phenemenology is a philosophical study that is largely associated with the early 20th century and seeks to objectively investigate the nature of subjective conscious experience. This branch of philosophy aims to describe phenomena as they appear and to explore the meaning and significance of lived experience. This approach while philosophical has found many applications in qualitative research across different scientific disciplines. Phenomenology seeks to gain a deeper understanding of subjective experience. The word Phenomenology probably comes from the word phenomena which means observable fact or event. All this info is from the internet.
I hope you have a lovely day!
