I never really hung out much in the kitchen while in India. But I still remember a lot of Indian utensils. Here are a few.
Bharani to make wine.
This can be used to make idiyappam.
Uruli to make mysore pak, or avalose podi.
Milk cooker to boil milk. I think it quaint that my parents home had a milk cooker.
