I made this dhal curry today. I first cooked the dhal and processed it in a blender so it would become smooth. Then I added some spices like cumin, mustard, turmeric and coriander powder. I also added green chilies and cilantro leaves. Usually I make dhal by sauteeing onions, garlic, ginger, and tomatoes and adding it to cooked dhal without processing in a blender. This time I did not add onions or garlic or ginger or tomatoes. I found this dhal recipe in Rajshri foods.
