Paper Roast

Yesterday I made dosa. When I made the first one, one side looked very crispy and the sight transported me to a restaurant in Kochi where a kind of dosa was served and it was called paper roast. It was very crispy and thin and was very long. It was much longer than the plate. Because of its shape all kids loved it. I wish I knew how to make it. I would love to see my kids reaction to it. In that restaurant we could have sada dosa, nei roast, paper roast and masala dosa. Here is a picture of the dosa I made.
