Hi all, yesterday late in the evening I made these things which in my language is called kozhikotta. Growing up in India the saturday before palm sunday is known as kozhikotta saturday. My mom used to make this on the saturday before palm sunday. So I continued the tradition and made this yesterday.
It is made with rice flour, water, jaggery, and grated coconut. It is then steamed.
