Gubernatorial

This coming Tuesday I am going to be saying the word in Toastmasters club. The word I picked was Gubernatorial. This is a word I heard a lot during the first week of November --after November 5 when the elections were held. While listening to election analysis I heard this word several times. This word is related to the state governor or office of the state governor. The roots of this word can be traced to the greek word kubernan which means steer and the latin word gubernare which means steer and govern. I hope you have a lovely day!
